Catherine Irene Snyder, 86, of Economy Borough, went home to be with her Lord on February 5, 2015. She was born December 10, 1928 in Imperial, daughter of the late Stanley and Ina Mae (Richmond) Foderousky. Known affectionately as Kate by family and friends, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward V. Snyder in 1978. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded by a sister Leah Baden.
Kate was a woman of deep faith and found to be, by friends and family, a true prayer warrior.
She is survived by her son: Douglas Snyder, Economy Borough; her daughter and son-in-law: Diane and Timothy Bartlett, Colchester, CT; two grandchildren: Jennifer (Thomas) Poland, Rocky Hill, CT; Christopher (Laurie Barton) Fanelli, Hopatcong, NJ; one great grandson: Bryce Poland; one brother: Stanley Foderousky, New Sewickley Township; one sister and brother-in-law: Dorothy and Louis Cvetich, Conway.
In honor of her wishes, her service and interment were private through SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME at Sylvania Hills.
