Few men have the traits my father had to be a great dad but my dad had them all! He was my best employee, friend, fishing and hunting partner and lately the only one I could ALWAYS COUNT ON for anything including just listening to me and TRULY HEAR ME!!! My dad understood me and loved me as I loved him. I take what little comfort I can from the fact I specifically called him 2 hours before he passed just to tell him I love him and appreciated him. While he is gone, he will always be with all who ever knew him. I will sorely miss him and never forget him. I was lucky to spend his last 2 days with him and haven't seen him so happy in many years. He was looking to a new future and could finally see light and happiness at the end of the tunnel. Dad I love you and miss you I know you're happy though and in a much better place. Tell mom I miss and love her too along with all our other family that are sure to welcome you home. I LOVE YOU,THANKS FOR BEING MY DAD
