

Myrtle M. (Tuttle) Miller, 85 of Brighton Twp. passed away on Friday, September 16, 2011 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 28, 1926 in Kilarm, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Albert and Effie (Stottlemire) Tuttle.
Myrtle was an active member of the Beaver Baptist Church and in her free time enjoyed crafts, puzzle books, her dogs and was known as a great cook and baker. Prior to her retirement she worked at the Beaver County Courthouse and in the cafeteria at the Beaver School District.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Miller and a son, Fred Smith, three sisters and two brothers
She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Miller of Beaver; three sons and daughters-in-law, James and Brenda Smith of Beaver, Robert and Josephine Miller of Monaca and Darell and Patricia Miller also of Monaca. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Timothy, Rodney and Amy Smith, Melinda Chillson and Jeremy and Brandy Miller; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Cronin and a daughter-in-law, Kay Francis Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and her beloved dog Nikki.
Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm in the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc., 273 Rt. 68, Rochester (adjacent to the mausoleum at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.) A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11am in the funeral with interment to follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Inc.
