Ronald Harold Bigler, 79, of Rochester Township, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1942 in Port Arthur, TX, son of Charles and Gertrude (Lee) Bigler. Known by family and friends as Ron he proudly served his country with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Following his honorable discharge, Ron became a Journeyman Wireman with IBEW Local Union 479, Beaumont, TX. He recently received his 60 Years of Service Award, of which he was very proud.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 54 years: Charlotte (Belic) Bigler; two sons and daughters-in-law: Timothy (Karen LeVasseur) Bigler, The Poconos, PA; Ronnie (Amy Silver) Bigler, Silver Spring, MD; one daughter and son-in-law: Stephanie (Patrick) Abercrombie, Woodlands, TX; five grandchildren: Noah, Olivia, Benjamin, Jillian and Justin.
