Darwin Jay Ballard, 55, of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Born September 12, 1963 in Rockford. Son of Donald Robert and Darlene Ann (Graham) Ballard. Darwin was a very simple man that just loved to be around for family gatherings. He didn’t require much and would give you the shirt off his back if needed. He loved his coffee and was a happy go lucky kind of guy.
Survived by his dad, Donald; siblings, David (Becky), Dennis (Yvette), Dawn (Matt) Finnan, Doug and Donald; children, Josh Bishop and Melissa Webb; special girlfriend, Babi Webb; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother.
Celebration of Life Memorial Visitation on Wednesday, February 27 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. in Advantage Funeral Home, 7000 West State St, Rockford.
