Mary A. Edmonds

Mary A. Edmonds, 74, of Loves Park passed away on Saturday March 26, 2022 with family at her side. Mary was born on May 3, 1947 in Loves Park, the daughter of Kenneth and Lucile (Kramer) Bahling. She married Richard Edmonds, Sr. on May 6, 1967 and he preceded her in death on August 6, 2021. Mary loved playing cards, doing puzzles and watching Judge Shows on TV. Her greatest joy was face timing with her grandchildren and visiting with family and friends.

Mary is survived by her children: Richard (Christine) Edmonds, Tammy (David) Dobratz and Mark Edmonds; grandchildren: Kendra and Konnor Dobratz; siblings: John (Sandy) Bahling and Betty (David) Thom; In Laws: Robert (Jane) Edmonds and Dorothy (David) Oakes; several nieces and nephews survive. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Carolyn (Kenneth) Todhunter.

A memorial service to celebrate Mary’s life will be 11:00 AM on Sunday April 3, 2022 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 West State Street in Rockford; visitation for Mary will be from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.advantagerockford.com
