Rebecca A. Welch, 48 ROCKFORD – Rebecca A Welch, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012. She was born April 11, 1964, in Rockford, daughter of Leland and Anna (Stenander) Welch.
Survivors include her brothers, Wesley Welch and Leroy (Annette) Welch; nephew, Jeffrey Welch, niece, Brianna Welch and Brandi Bartlett.
