Robert N. Peter, 75, of Rockford passed away on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at his residence with family at his side. Robert was born on July 18, 1943 in Rockford, the son Robert E. and Luanna (Sherard) Peter. Robert was a file clerk for the Winnebago County Court House. Robert liked to bowl and was a U. S. Army Veteran. Robert is survived by his son Jamie (Tonya) Peter; granddaughter Lyndzey Peter; brother William Peter; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Robert was preceded in death by his parents.
