He married Beverly Norys in 1962.
Walter is survived by his children; Walter Rudnick Jr, Kevin Rudnick and Gloria. He is also survived by his stepdaughters, Deninie Rasmussen and Donna.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on June 12, 2012 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 7000 West State Street, Rockford, Illinois. Father Ricardo Hernandez will be officiating. Inurnment will take place at 11 am on June 16, 2012 at Saint Adalbert Cemetery, 6800 Milwaukee avenue, Niles Ill.
A luncheon will follow the inurnment at Pino's on Main, 2511 North Main Street, Rockford, IL.
