Marvin Dewey Beauchamp

Marvin Dewey Beauchamp, 83, of Salisbury, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Dewey Lee and Clara Gordy Beauchamp. Mr. Beauchamp worked as a truck driver for Glasgow and Davis, Hess Oil Company, retired from Crown Cork & Seal, and most recently at CRW Parts. He enjoyed flying model airplanes and watching NASCAR. He is survived by four sons, Gerald D. Beauchamp and his wife, Patti, Stephen G. Beauchamp, Charles Clyde Beauchamp, and Randy Beauchamp; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara L. Beauchamp in 2007; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Beauchamp; brothers, Norris, Ronald, and Clyde Beauchamp; and a sister, Marie Jones. A funeral service will be held Saturday 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. Interment will follow in Springhill Memory Gardens near Hebron.
