Orville H. Pryor Jr.

Orville H. Pryor, Jr. 86, of Salisbury passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Manokin Manor in Princess Anne. Born in Fruitland, he was the son of the late Orville H. Pryor, Sr. and Dorothy E. Williams Pryor.

Orville was a salesman for Speakman Co. and a self-employed plumber. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Calvary Baptist Tabernacle.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dolores P. Pryor, three daughters, Valerie Pryor and wife, Cathy, Susan McWilliams and husband, John, and Deborah Pryor; seven grandchildren, Patrick McWilliams (Mackenzee), Katelyn Keough (Weston), Elena Jarrett (Charles), and Amanda Perdue (Jared), Ryan Jenks (Jaimie), Caitlin Jenks, Andrew Jenks (Katerina); six great-grandchildren, Molly, Jude, and Micah McWilliams and Elijah, Isaiah, and Malachi Jarrett; brother, Donald Pryor and his wife, Betty; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother, Gene Pryor and sister, Gloria Poole.

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may call one hour prior to the service. His grandson Patrick McWilliams will officiate. Interment will be private.
