She was the mother of Brenda Phillips and her husband Rick and Glenda Salisbury; grandmother to Brandon Noble, Brian Simms, Richard Phillips, Jr., Cameron Phillips, and Alyssa Salisbury; great-grandmother to Baylee Phillips, and Aiden Phillips. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas Smullen, sister, Rose Harris; and long-time boyfriend David Frye; and several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held.
