Robert "Bob" J. Battista

Bob worked at Plymouth Tube for over 30 years. He enjoyed gardening, Volkswagens, and was a collector of many things. He was a loving father and enjoyed camping with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Eric Battista and his fiancé, Jamie Norton of Pittsburgh, PA; daughter, Julie Battista Cody and her husband Matt; grandchildren, Alexis and Ashlie Battista, Dylan Cody, and Eric Lear; three brothers, Samuel, Peter, and Gerald Battista; and several nieces and a nephew. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Battista.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. Interment will follow in Springhill Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Friday evening from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home.
