On August 22, Aaron V. Villareal Sr., age 94, was called by our Savior Jesus Christ into eternal and everlasting life. A San Antonio native, Aaron worked at Richter's Bakery for over 43 years. He loved to vacation, fish, hunt, and sing. He gave those of us who loved him, happy and lasting memories. He made us laugh with his wonderful sense of humor and entertained us when he spoke of the many adventures in his life.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Susie Villareal, his parents, his two sisters and three brothers , and his daughter in law Rachel.
He is survived by his three sons, Joe (Rachel), Aaron Jr.( Sylvia), and Jessie ( Sylvia) Villareal. His grandchildren, Susanne Picon (Martin), Michelle Gomez (Guy), Aaron Villareal III (Edith), Yvette Zijlema (Jereon), and Jesse Villareal will miss him dearly. His ten great grandchildren, Allison, Kaitlyn, and Jacqueline Picon, Adam and David Villareal, Isaac and Joseph Guajardo, Gwenevere ,Andres, and Victoria Villareal and one neice Florence Blancarte had the privilege of spending time with him and listening to his wonderful stories.
He will be forever in our hearts and thoughts
