Alexander Cruz Guerra entered eternal rest on October 12, 2016 at the age of 73. A native of San Antonio, Texas, he was born to Elique Guerra Jr and Aurora Cruz on May 11, 1943; he reunites with his parents and sister, Viola Ann Guerra. He is survived by his wife, Alice Guerra; sons: Alexander (Jennifer), Michael, Alexander Michael (Brandi), David (Melisa), Elique; daughters, Ruth and Ruby Gonzales; step-son, Dominic Martinez; grandchildren: Alex III, Vanessa, Valerie, Ann Marie, Xavier, David Daniel; great-grandchildren: Alex, Arianna, Lily, Brandon, Jovani; brothers, Robert Rios and Ernest Guerra; nieces, Erika and Bernadette; and other relatives. Alexander was a sports fanatic and enjoyed anything sports related. In his early years he played softball, and kept busy with running, exercising, and family barbecues. His memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who loved and knew him.
