Angela Onofre

Angela Onofre, beloved mother, daughter, and granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend entered rest on August 5, 2012 at the age of 38. She was a native of San Antonio, born to Joe Onofre and Yolanda Trevino. She graduated from Holmes High School in 1992. She worked for Dillard’s at the Clinique Counter and also substituted for SAISD. Angela is survived by her loving family, mother, Yolanda Ruiz and husband Vidal; father, Joe Onofre; son, Richard Xavier Gonzalez Jr.; daughter, America Julianna Menchaca; brothers, Joseph Onofre and wife Cindie, Nathan Valdez and wife Priscilla; stepbrother, Nick Louis Valdez and wife Veronica; nieces and nephews: Joseph Anthony and Kambrie Marie Onofre, Austen Jeremiah Valdez, Trinity and Serenity Valdez; grandfather, Lupe Trevino; grandmother, Juanita Trevino; aunts and uncles: Patricia Garcia and husband Dan, Mary Ann Holtermann and husband Joe, Lester Trevino and wife Lisa, and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., Friday, August 10, 2012 to celebrate a 10 :00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church.
