Cynthia Ann Curd was born on June 19, 1957, in San Antonio, Texas to Robert James Curd and Esther H. Curd. As the youngest of 16 siblings, Cynthia Ann was loved and adored by her family. Cynthia attended St. John Bosco, St. Francis Academy, and San Antonio College Beauty School. She met her future husband David Lerma in 1974 and married him on May 31, 1982.
Cynthia Ann was a beautiful soul who never met a stranger. Her kindness and generosity were her trademark. Cynthia Ann unselfishly gave her time to any cause that would bring about good in her family or community. She was the first to show up early with her husband to help-out, setup or clean-up after numerous family birthday parties, christenings, or holiday events. Her home was always open to friends and family. If you were under the weather, she was the first one there with a warm meal, a smile and a hug. She cared deeply for her family and friends.
Cynthia Ann Curd Lerma is preceded in death by her parents, Robert James and Esther H. Curd, brothers Robert, Charles, Oscar, James, Jesse Martinez Curd, sisters Alice Garcia, Mary Esther Campos, Mary Agnes.
