Elias served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a faithful member of First United Pentecostal Church. His dedication to his country, his faith, and his family defined his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Rachel Sifuentes; and his brother, Richard Sifuentes.
He is survived by his siblings: Esther Sifuentes, Rebecca Sifuentes, Alejandro Sifuentes and sister-in-law Elaine Sifuentes, Manolo Sifuentes, and Ramona Rodriguez and brother-in-law Robert Rodriguez.
He also leaves behind his nieces and nephew: Samantha Perez and husband Rey Perez, Vanessa Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez and wife Ester Rodriguez; along with great-nieces Mia Rodriguez, Grace Rodriguez, and great-nephew Joseph Rodriguez Jr.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, on March 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Burial will follow at San Jose Burial Park, 8235 Mission Rd., San Antonio, TX 78214.
