Josephine R. Rodriguez

Josephine R. Rodriguez, 80, went to be with her Lord on February 26, 2018. She was born on February 1, 1938 to Luciano and Josefina Reyes. Josephine worked at Santa Rosa for many years before moving to University Hospital when it first opened in 1968, she worked as a dietician supervisor there for 20 years until she retired from the system. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Benjamin Sr, her brothers, Augustine and Roberto, her sisters, Eugenia and Reyes, she is survived by her son: Benjamin Jr, (Yolanda), sister: Andrea (Felix), grandchildren: Benjamin III, Jeremy(Rosie), Eric(Bernadette), Theresa(Dannie), Yvette(Jacinto), Great-grandchildren: Erica (Thomas) Elijah, Carlos, Emma, Ezekiel and 1 great-great grandson: Jameson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers Funeral Home 515 N. Main Ave. On Monday, March 5, 2018, the Funeral Procession will depart the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service at San Isidro Cemetery in Macdonna, Texas
