Juanita T. Gonzalez, born in Southton, Texas went to be with the Lord on August 2, 2015, at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Gonzalez, her parents; Guadalupe and Francisca Torres, as well as her brothers and one sister. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Saldivar (Daniel), step-children; Jose Gonzalez, Luis Gonzalez, Juan Manuel Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez, Virginia Gonzalez, grandchildren; Andrew Saldivar, Adam Saldivar, Jason Saldivar, 14 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, 2 siblings, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Roy Akers Funeral Home, 515 N. Main Avenue, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Southton Road Cemetery.
