Lisa Ann Blanquiz

Lisa Ann Blanquiz, age 54, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. Lisa was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Esther Laura and Donald Lee Kreynest. She loved horseback riding, taking photos, scrapbooking, and collecting antiques. She enjoyed working on her home and gardening in the backyard with her husband who was always by her side when she needed a helping hand. Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Donald Lee Kreynest, and her sister, Linda Erler. She is survived by her mother, Esther Laura Kreynest; her husband, Rosendo A. Blanquiz; her children, Jimmy Blanquiz and Cassie Renee Armstrong; her step children, Brenda Pena, Barbara Ann DeLeon, and Blanche Blanquiz; her grandchildren, Amber Andershock and Axel Armstrong; and her siblings, Michael Pyatt, Peggy Erler, Richard Erler, and Brenda Erler. A visitation for Lisa will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 8:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM in the chapel with a graveside service following at Sunset Memorial Park.
