Lucia G. Villela

Lucia G. Villela, beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother entered rest on December 15, 2016 at the age of 87. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 30, 1929 to Juan and Carlotta Gonzalez. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband Andres T. Villela, daughter Olga R. Garcia, parents, brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sisters Beatrice Colunga, Eva Flores; daughters Mary Rodriguez, (Joe), Rosa Diaz, Juanita Zamora (Ruben), and Jesusa Hall (Richard III); 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m.- to 9:00 p.m., with the rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 23, 2016 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
