Heaven has gained another beautiful soul. Our beloved Mother, Maria L Smith, entered the Heavenly Gates on March 6, 2022, at the age of 96 years old. She was born on Oct 25, 1925 in Laredo Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Billie C Smith, of 53 years of marriage, Her son David S Smith.
She passed knowing that her family and friends loved her as she loved them.
She is survived by her son John G Smith, and his wife Michelle Smith. Her sister Connie Carberry and brother Roberto Martinez. Her sister-in-law JoAnn Willmer. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren (plus 2 great-grand on the way).
Many friends, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Maria put her family first in everything she did,
she surrendered her life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The family would like to thank Enma Diamanta Cifuentes Garcia for her dedicated love and home care provided during her final days
