Dearest Debbie,
My heartfelt condolences are sent your way.  I was traveling back to Texas and on the highway when I heard of Ode's passing! I had the quiet time to think about the very first time we were at your home and how funny Ode was. Bob and I held a high regard for the both of you, wishing you the best with a long retirement together of fun and laughter. Although Ode passed sooner than expected, please find strength that he is watching over you and still with you in your heart. He always said you were the best thing that ever happened to him and he showed it! We will continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Love you...

OJ you and Debbie weren't just friends, you are family. I remember when I was just a kid and you were always there when I needed something. Rest in peace. ...you will be missed.

Dearest Debbie,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.  My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.  May your memories of OJ bring you consolation and peace.  Please take comfort knowing he lived a full life and accomplished so much more than most.  He was one of the most talented men I've ever met and it was an honor knowing him.  The two of you brought so much joy and companionship to my parents (Jerry and Betty) and I know they will cherish that time for the rest of their lives.  OJ was taken too soon and will be deeply missed by many.  His legacy will live on through all the beauty he brought to this world with his jewelry and his woodwork.  I'm sure at this moment he's enjoying a nice game of Texas Hold ‘Em, while watching over you and adoring you as always.  Please know we are here for you if you need anything.  God Bless.

Teresa and Cristina,
  I am so very sorry to hear of your father's passing.  I remember when we rode in the back of his truck all the way to San Antonio...what a great time we had.  I remember flying down to San Antonio to see your Dad and bring back Cristina's new Trans Am that he had bought for her.  Remember when he remodeled your garage for a bedroom for Cris...he was always doing things for you girls.  I know you will miss him, but no one can take the memories you have of him.  Much love to you both.

Played lots of Golf with Ode at RiverCrossing.  Always enjoyed his company and sense of humor.  He became the "Star" of outside sales at Carquest when he talked me into letting him do it.  Always looked on the bright side for everyone else even though he might be battling.  Hard to believe he's left us already.  We all miss our friend.

Teresa.....here is a cheerful memory I have of your dad I will share.  Remember when we were kids and you guys lived off Aldine Westfield?  We were all at the breakfast table and your dad had cooked.  Little did I know it would be my first time eating deer sausage...ha!  Let's just say it did not taste or smell like Jimmy Dean store bought sausage and I made your dad laugh by my reaction :)  I love you dearly my friend...and my heart goes out to you and Cris; this was unexpected for us all.  Hoping this fond memory brought a smile to your face in a trying time....

Teresa... In the days ahead, I know you and your family will stay as strong as you need to be...to see your way through anything that comes along.  I know that you will discover more courage and hope and faith inside you than you ever knew you had...  the loss of a loved one is never easy.  Hugs!!

OJ was one of a kind  We had known each other since the70's he liked to joke with you and I will miss that. I thought of him often telling me to use mayo to clean tile in bathroom and I beleived him. There will be a poker game in heaven. Debbie enjoy the memories I am sure he gave you lots.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
