Thomas Keith Jones, beloved husband and father, passed away on Tuesday, December 15th. Born on July 19, 1957, Tom grew up in Eastern Oregon and graduated from University of Oregon, Reed College and London School of Economics. He received a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Oxford. A sports marketing consultant, broadcast television director, and film and commercial director and producer, Tom’s most memorable times were spent with this family and with San Antonio youth. A soccer coach and volunteer for Central Catholic High School’s J.R.O.T.C., Tom brought out the natural talents and abilities of all he met. Visitation on Sunday, December 20th, from 5 to 8 pm at Roy Akers Funeral Home, 515 N. Main. Rosary will take place 9:30 am, followed by Mass on Monday, December 21st, at 10 am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 223 E. Summit. Survivors include Amy, his wife of 22 years, his sons Trevor and Riley, his parents Betty and Harold, and his brother Tim.
