Vicky Garcia was born May 29th, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Augustin and Mary Aguilar. She entered into rest on July 8th, 2021. After she graduated from Providence High School, she went on to work for the City Water Board for 5 years before becoming a child care provider at home for many families and her church. She also contributed a lot of her time to making masks, gowns, blankets, and pillow cases for abuse victims through Norma's House in Gonzales, Texas.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Noe Garcia; her daughters; Noella Anne Hill and son in law David Hill, Mary Elizabeth Gates and son in law Jeff Gates, Rita Marie Petersen and son in law Chad Petersen, and Leticia Danielle Payne and son in law Jonathan Payne; her 13 grandchildren; Daniel Justin Garcia, Andrea Noel Hill, Madison Gabriella Avendano, Gabriella Rene Hill, Maya Danae Garcia Young Jordan, Zoey Elise Gates, Noah Gabriel Isaac Payne, Victoria Faith Payne, Zane Ezekiel Gates, Liana Grace Payne, Zayla Giselle Gates, Hannah Hope Payne, Jeremiah Jonathan Zechariah Payne.
