Virginia V. Rodriguez, age 98, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Virginia was born in Robertson County, Texas to Marcelina M. and Gregorio Villarreal. Virginia was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and lived her life loving Jesus and loving and caring for her children.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 52 years, Nestor Rodriguez. Virginia is survived by her children, Ernestina and spouse, Rosie Ann and spouse, Pete and spouse, Daniel and spouse, Bernice Esther and spouse, Olga and spouse, Nestor Jr. and spouse, and Elizabeth Virginia.
A visitation for Virginia will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers, 515 N Main Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78205. The following morning, Friday, March 14, 2025, a final prayer will be said at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. The funeral procession will then depart for a graveside service at 11:00 AM at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
