He is also lovingly remembered by his siblings: Jesus Arzaldua (deceased), Felipe Mares, Lupita Ortega (deceased), Josefa Rodriguez, Mike Robles, Rolando Robles, Rene Robles, Rosa Macias, Delfino Robles (deceased), and Rodolfo Robles (deceased).
He was blessed with many grandchildren, each of whom brought joy and pride into his life: Ray, Jonathan, Samantha, Joel Montemayor, Roxanne, Sid, Cassidy, Kristen, Debbie, Sandra, Johnny, Shelly, Ramon, Ryan, Zayne, Gavin, Ignacio, Augie, Loribeth, JC, James, Jeramy, Lexi, Ram, Lacey, Marcey, Freddy, and two who have gone before him, Sara and Bryant.
He is further survived by 43 great-grandchildren, who filled his later years with happiness, laughter, and purpose.
Among them, his great-granddaughter Jaelyn Grace Montemayor Rodriguez held a special place in his heart. She prayed every night for her Tata to get better so he could walk and come home soon—a testament to the love he inspired in his family.
He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures: fishing, watching western movies, napping, and saying “Qué Tiraron.” These small joys, shared with those around him, will forever be cherished.
He will be deeply missed, but his love, strength, and memories will continue to live on through the family he cherished so dearly.
May he rest in peace.
