Anayancy Escobedo

María Anayancy nació el 19 de junio de 1975 en Monclova, Coahuila, México. María se crio en el cristianismo, y su amor por Dios y Jesucristo la confortó en sus días, especialmente en los días previos a su fallecimiento.

María fue una esposa, madre, hija, hermana y amiga devota. Priorizó y compartió un profundo amor por su familia. Su familia define su personalidad como una persona llena de sensibilidad, empatía y una protectora. Su hermoso carisma siempre estaba lleno de energía y era una persona sociable que iluminaba cada habitación a la cual llegaba. Le apasionaban los libros históricos y de autoayuda. Siempre estuvo llena de vida y siempre tuvo una pasión por las bellas artes, el arte, el dibujo y las flores. Sus pasatiempos favoritos, en los que se aventuró como exitosa empresaria y dueña de negocio, incluían la elaboración de hermosos arreglos florales y la planificación de bodas, aportando belleza y un toque de distinción a muchas ocasiones especiales. Sentía un profundo amor por los animales, especialmente por las guacamayas y los perros. Encontraba una maravilla mágica en la delicada belleza de las libélulas, que se convirtieron en su tótem y símbolo favorito. Apreciaba y amaba la naturaleza, especialmente los árboles altos como los del Parque Nacional Sequoia.

Para atesorar su memoria, le sobreviven su amado esposo, Josephat Escobedo, con 30 años de matrimonio y recuerdos compartidos; cuatro hijos, dos hermosas niñas y dos maravillosos niños, Josephat Escobedo, Sarah Anayancy Escobedo, Camila Escobedo y Patricio Jaziel Escobedo; su padre, Benito Garza Alarcón; y dos hermanos, su hermano, Benito Garza, y su hermana, Elva Lucila Garza (Arturo).

Le precedieron en la muerte su madre, Elva De La Cerda Garza; su suegro, Francisco Escobedo; y su suegra, Eva G. de Escobedo.

La velación de María se llevará a cabo el martes 26 de agosto de 2025, de 2:00 p.m. a 12:00 de la medianoche, en Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta & Memorial Park, ubicada en 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586. El servicio de oración se llevará a cabo el martes 26 de agosto de 2025 a las 7:00 p.m. en la Funeraria del Angel Mont Meta, ubicada en 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586.

La velación continuará el miércoles 27 de agosto de 2025, de 8:00 a 10:00. El servicio funeral se llevará a cabo en la capilla a las 10:00 a. m. del miércoles 27 de agosto de 2025 en la Funeraria Del Angel Mont Mota. El entierro cristiano se realizará posteriormente en el Parque Memorial Mont Meta.

With a profound heartache, we announce the passing of Maria Anayancy Escobedo, of Rancho Viejo, TX, who passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Maria Anayancy was born on June 19, 1975, in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico. Maria was raised in Christianism, and her love of God and Jesus Christ gave her comfort in her days, especially the days before her passing.

Maria was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She prioritized and shared a deep love for her family. Her family defines her personality as an individual full of sensibility and empathy and a protector. Her beautiful charisma was always energetic and she was a social butterfly who would light up every room she'd walk into. She had a passion for historic and self-help books. She was always full of life, and she had a lifelong passion for fine arts, drawings, and flowers. Her favorite hobbies, in which she ventured out as a successful entrepreneur and business owner, included making beautiful floral arrangements and planning weddings, bringing beauty with a touch of class to many special occasions. She had a deep love for animals, especially macaws and dogs. She found magical wonder in the delicate beauty of dragonflies, which became her totem and favorite symbol. She appreciated and loved nature, especially tall trees like those in Sequoia National Park.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Josephat Escobedo, with 30 years of marriage and shared memories; four children, two beautiful daughters and two wonderful sons, Josephat Escobedo, Sarah Anayancy Escobedo, Camila Escobedo, and Patricio Jaziel Escobedo; her father, Benito Garza Alarcon; and two siblings, her brother, Benito Garza, and sister, Elva Lucila Garza (Arturo).

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elva De La Cerda Garza; her father-in-law, Francisco Escobedo; and her mother-in-law, Eva G. de Escobedo.

A visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 midnight at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta & Memorial Park, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586. A prayer service will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Mont Meta, located at 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586.

Visitation will continue on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The chapel funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Mota. Christian burial will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, Texas 78586.
