Edith Marie Mabry Sewell Barnes, age 92, of Canton, GA died August 6, 2015. A member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Canton, Marie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; stepchildren; brothers and sisters; grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel with the family receiving friends from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. prior to the service. Dr. Joe E. Edwards will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Arlington Memorial Park. Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy. Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328.
