
Glenda Martin Holbrook, of Atlanta, Georgia, Roswell, Georgia, and most recently, Hiram, Georgia was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 3, 1942. Glenda passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 83, in Hiram, Georgia.
Glenda grew up in and around the Sandy Springs area and graduated from Sandy Springs High School in 1960. She had a very successful career in accounting after raising her children. She did a lot of things in her life, but her children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren. She was ready to get in and go anytime someone said, “let’s go”, whether it was to a sports tournament, shopping trip, or a road trip. She loved traveling with her grandchildren to Disney and on family trips to the beach.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Martin and Elizabeth Moore Martin, and her ex-husband and friend, Sam Holbrook. She leaves behind her daughter, Kim Holbrook Teefy; son, Greg Holbrook, and his wife Kim; grandchildren, Nicole Teefy Staebler (Tommy), Ashley Teefy, Dylan Holbrook, Brady Holbrook; great granddaughter, Charlotte Staebler.
A visitation will be held on December 20, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Sandy Springs Chapel, located at 136 Mt. Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328.
A graveside service will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, located at 201 Mount Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328, starting at 11:10 am on the same day.
