Jeanette Stehr, wife, mother, grandmother passed from this life to join her husband, mother, father and grandparents from years before. She passed at home in Sandy Springs Georgia on November 8th, 2021.
Jeanette was born in Hamburg, Germany, spent her youth in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic sea in the 30’s & 40’s. She apprenticed in the family beach Pension. Haus Neptun and went to Sea aboard the MS Italia opening a world of wonder from Europe, USA to Caribbean in the 50’s. She settled in New York in the 60’s and came to Atlanta in 1972 with her husband and 2 children.
She loved making people smile, it gave her joy to see others happy. She touched the lives of many and she will be deeply missed.
Jeanette is survived by her children Julia & Peter, son-in law Rob, her grandchildren, Anna, Maggie, Lily plus the wonderful friends she made along her journey.
