Kurt Hartsock

Kurt was born on Oct. 12, 1977 in Atlanta, GA. He was a caring, good natured, hard-working man, a true free spirit. He loved the outdoors and loved learning how to continuously improve his building skills. In early 2023, he designed and built his sister, Karen’s, back deck. He also enjoyed cooking and could whip up something delicious to eat out of nothing. He loved the outdoors and most recently spent a wonderful week in his happy place, Jackson Hole, WY, with his fiancee, Cindy, and his sister, Karen, and brother-in-law, Jim.

In his last selfless act before departing this world, Kurt gave the gift of life to another through organ donation. We find comfort knowing Kurt is reunited with his mother, Anna Hartsock, and nephew, Clark Colvin.

Kurt leaves behind his fiancée, Cindy Donald, father, Garold Hartsock, sisters Karen Colvin (Jim) Nance, Christa (Matt) Davis, Michelle Hodgin, and Lisa (Gus) Callaway and their families.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mount Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
