Lenora C. Long, 89, of Sandy Springs, passed away on September 23, 2013. Born in Stone Mountain on June 17, 1924, she was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area. Predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Paul W. Long, in 1993, she is survived by her sister, Ruth C. Downer, of Katy, Texas, and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2013, at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt. Vernon Hwy. NW, Sandy Springs. Rev. David Shivers officiating.
