Lewis W. Campbell, Jr. (Black Dog) age 90, of Cumming died March 13, 2014 at his home. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia, a Navy veteran of World War II and was retired after 40 years service with Bell South. Mr. Campbell was on the Board of Directors of Georgia Telco Credit Union and had served as Chairman for many years. Survivors include his wife Beverly L. Campbell; Daughters, Donna and Donnie (Roy) Douglas of Buford; LewAnn and Jeff Garrett of Cumming; Janice and Randy Andrews of New London, NC; Son, Lewis III and Shawn Campbell of Cumming; Brother Stanley Eugene Campbell of Dallas, Texas and 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 17, 2014, at 11 am at Sandy Springs Chapel. Interment will immediately follow in Arlington Memorial Park.
