

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Lyall Angevine and Florence Richardson James and his beloved grandparents, G.H. and Brownie Richardson and Mr. and Mrs. L.L. Angevine.
Bill graduated from Riverwood High School in Atlanta in 1980 and Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia. He worked as a property appraiser in Atlanta.
Bill loved to fish from the pier in Panama City Beach and attend any baseball game, basketball game, or wrestling match. Bill was a Christian and was active in several churches during his lifetime.
Bill is survived by his sisters, Sally Angevine of Atlanta and Susan Angevine McKessy (Dan) of Fripp Island, South Carolina and his brother, Harry Angevine (Betty) of Atlanta. Additional survivors include Dan Councill (Katie), Lizzie and James Councill, Bob James, Doris Angevine and several cousins.
A private family graveside service will be held in Atlanta. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Bill’s memory to the Humane Society of Bay County, Florida, Destiny Worship Center, Panama City Beach FL, or Buckhead Baseball.
