Ernesto Cardenas Cota

With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ernesto Cardenas Cota, who entered eternal rest on October 29, 2025, at the blessed age of 89. A cherished resident of Santa Ana, California, Ernesto was a man whose strength, humility, and kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Ernesto lived a long and meaningful life centered around family, faith, and hard work. He was known for his gentle smile, his wise words, and the love he poured into his family and community. To those who knew him best, Ernesto was a source of guidance, laughter, and unconditional support — a true pillar of love and devotion.

A visitation to honor his life and memory will be held at Family Mortuary, located at 1201 North Main Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701, on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Though his earthly journey has come to an end, Ernesto’s spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched and the memories that will forever warm the hearts of his family and friends. His legacy of love, faith, and perseverance will never be forgotten.
