Esperanza Mendoza, lovingly known for her strength, grace, and unwavering devotion to family, was born on March 10, 1936, and peacefully passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 89. A longtime resident of Santa Ana, California, Esperanza lived a life rooted in love, faith, and quiet resilience. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, perseverance, and cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of Esperanza’s life during a visitation to be held at Family Mortuary, 1201 North Main Street, Santa Ana, California, on January 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This time will offer an opportunity for reflection, prayer, and sharing stories of a life so deeply treasured.

A funeral service honoring Esperanza’s life will take place on January 13, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Our Lady of La Vang Church, located at 288 South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana, California. Surrounded by loved ones, prayers will be offered in gratitude for her life and in hope for eternal peace.
