Dorothea Elwanda Armbruster, age 98, of Santa Paula, California, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Dorothea lived a full and vibrant life, touching the hearts of all who knew her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.

Born in 1926 in Oklahoma, Dorothea spent much of her life later in Santa Paula, where she became an integral part of the community, including her extensive volunteer work for mulitple local organizations. Dorothea was known for her generosity, infectious laugh, and the way she made everyone feel like family. Her caring nature left a lasting impression on all who encountered her.
