RIP my brudda. I was laying low when I heard you die and was going through things mentally but I’ll always cherish the rabbit calls bumpin old three 6 late at night. We separated and I grew apart from the old group so I never knew how you passed but if only you came to Dallas.

Old pictures I had that I never showed you. Perhaps you saw these I do not know. This was an amazing concert. I am sorry we didn't go to more shows. You wanted too.

You know I have been thinking about writing / what to write for years. I am sure after I post this that I will think of something else to say but I am going to post this now. A while back I was cleaning my room and I found some things from the past. You gave me a post card that came with the Flying Lotus LP "You're Dead" I remember we talked about this album quite a bit when it came out. You were so happy you bought it and you gave me the post card that had some sick art. I said thanks back then and now I am saying thanks again. I didn't realize this has a 2k limit so I may have to write more, sorry to everyone reading this & you. Its gonna sound a bit selfish. 
I am very sorry Erik. From the start you wanted to be my friend. I remember in 6th grade Mr Lopez class you would run from your class just to sit next to me. At the time I thought you were very annoying, but you were just a kid. I distanced myself from you, when we got older I distanced myself because I was jealous of you.  I let my jealously ruin a lot of friendships. I didn't realize how much impact it had on me until you left. I always envy you. 
I am very sorry man. Our last interaction we had I left early.. for stupid reasons too. and that was the last time we ever talked. You were confused that I just dipped but I never told you why. I never got to apologize. I am sorry for not pushing myself more. I told you I would help you with your music. You were honestly ahead of your time. The music you made, the vision you had, the passion you had was genuine and ahead of its time. A lot of people in the past were ahead of their time and you were one of them. A lot of what you wanted to do people did/ are doing it. I lack a lot of confidence in many aspects but I am sure we could've made it. The things you told me/ the people you told me were gonna be big ended up happening. I am sorry. 
This really sounds self centered and it is. I am sorry that I didn't appreciate your kindness, your friendship.

i miss you so much dude. i wish you could understand the magnitude of an impact you had on my life. i really looked at you like a brother. i am so sorry. i hope we can meet again one day and just pretend this is all just water under the bridge and laugh about it. you were my best friend for years. i will always always cherish the memories we had together as teens online.  this is like my third message on this but i just like to believe they are getting through to you somehow. miss you dude

Two long years without you brother.. wishing you lots of peace and rest. I’m always thinking of you.

I can’t believe it’s already been 2 years bro, It’s so unbelievable that we won’t be able to see each other  anymore in this mortal life. It was always such a joy having your presence and messing around and playing video games when i didn’t have school, or when you would practically push me out of my seat to get me to go to the store with you when i was feeling way too lazy. I’ll miss everything that we’ve done together with great longing, and will look forward to the day that we can reunite once more. You will always be in our hearts Erik, and we will continue loving you and speaking to you until it is the end of our lives. 

its been two years today. i think about you quite often and i miss you buddy. everyone misses you very much. you were a light in everyones life. sometimes i feel hopeless even writing these and like its pointless because i feel like im just trying to fill a void that ill never be able to speak to my friend again. i hope that god is finding his way to send you these messages somehow. well erik we all miss you very much. see you again someday

I wish you were alive; but, there is so much beauty in the fact that we all knew you at all. It was a genuine honor to know you and witness such growth within you, fresh flower bulbs always unfurling with each new passion you ignited. Without any ounce of cloying clichés in my heart, I truly mean it when I say that you were an inspirational force: so many people's spirits were lifted because of you, so many lives were changed after you set an example. I wish your journey continued through you physically, but it will still continue through your lingering effect on all of those who knew you. Oh, Erik. So tender beneath it all. I still have drawings of you in my old sketchbook, and I'll never get rid of the Wicca Phase shirt you bought me as a joke in 2016, you know. 


It’s been a little over a year since your death, I still think about you. We never met in person but for years you truly were one of my best friends. I’m glad that when I look back at our messages, I can laugh because you were one of the funniest people I’d ever met and on top of that, you were so kind to me. Everyone loved you so much.  I miss you.

One of the purest lads, I pray your spirit rests. You inspired all of us to be better people. You brightened up our days with your presence, I just wish we could've brightened up yours. Almost been a year but it still hurts.

I haven't really stopped thinking of you since you passed. Sometimes I still send you messages even though I know you won't reply. You were my best friend for many years and you shaped me in ways you probably never realized, thanks for being my friend Erik. I'm sorry we drifted apart. I'll always remember you as the great friend you were to me. Maybe one day i'll see you again :) Rest easy Erik.

Erik my older cousin I’m going to miss you very much you are a gift to the family you gave us some many smiles and laughter. No one could ever replace you you were just a piece of my heart that I’m missing right now. But I know your in a better place in heaven because you are an angel your the most kindest cousin I’ved ever have love you so much and I promise you that I’II help our family and be better. 

Erik, thank you so much for being the good friend that you were, thank you for shaping my sense of humor and thank you for being a genuine friend. Thank you for allowing me to meet wonderful people and thank you for your friendship. I’m saddened to see you go and I hope you get to peacefully rest, may god be with you and I hope you get to look down at us and watch over us. I will miss you and I am forever grateful that I was fortunate enough to meet a friend like you in this lifetime, until the next.

Dear Erik, I could not have asked for a better brother. You were there to pick me up when I was down, you taught me right from wrong, and you showed me to be selfless and compassionate. I love you so much Erik, and I will miss you until the day I die. I will never forget the memories we made, the days we would spend together, and the endless amount of fun we had together. You were such a kind person, and would brighten up a room simply by being in it. May you rest eternally in peace with God, and one day we will meet again.
