

Lang Clary, 87, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, in Petaluma, California. Born on November 5, 1937, in Saigon, Vietnam, Lang’s life was marked by resilience, transformation, and deep devotion to those around her.
Raised in Vietnam as a Buddhist, Lang later embraced the Catholic faith after moving to Santa Rosa, California. Her spiritual journey reflected her openness and strength of character as she navigated new cultures and communities with grace.
Lang was immensely proud to become a citizen of the United States, a milestone that symbolized her commitment to building a new life filled with purpose and opportunity. In 1974, she began working for Hewlett-Packard, where she contributed her talents and dedication to one of the region’s most respected companies.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lang found profound joy in caring for children. She cherished the trust placed in her by families and approached this role with warmth and attentiveness, her nurturing spirit left a lasting impression on many young lives.
Lang is lovingly remembered by her husband, Brian Clary; sister-in-law Karen Hill; sister-in-law Linda Clary; stepdaughter Judy Causey; nephew Richard McAdon; nieces Darla Arrequin and Michelle Buchignani; as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen; her beloved “Mom” Erna Clary Webb and “Dad” Richard Clary; brother-in-law Gregg Clary; niece Cai Stiles’ and great-nephew Matthew Stiles.
Lang’s life was a testament to perseverance, compassion, and quiet strength. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
