Mrs. Annette Jemison Evans, departed this life August 15, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guilford Thomas Evans, parents, Flanagan and Francis McIntyre Jemison and her 8 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, John Michael Evans, Sr., daughter-in-law, Debra Kay Tate Evans and grandchildren, John Michael (Leah Avera) Evans, Jr. and Thomas James Evans. Mrs. Evans was owner of A-1 Sew and Vac (previously Prichard Camera Shop) and night clerk at the Plantation Motel. She was also a member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she was a dedicated member of the choir. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saraland, AL In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shiloh Baptist Church Choir or the charity of your choice.
