

Arthur Dennis Snell, 88, was born February 12, 1933 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Arthur Lee and Minnie Alison Watson Snell. He passed away at his residence surrounded by loving family on August 10, 2021 in Satsuma, Alabama. Arthur retired following thirty-nine years of dedicated services with Scott Paper Company as a Caustic Room Operator. He had hobbies that included golfing, fishing, and running up to the age of seventy-seven years young. Arthur’s most valued memories were those made while spending time with family and friends.
Arthur is preceded in death by his parents; two daughters: Sandy Snell, Pamela Snell, two brother: David Snell, Roger Snell, one sister; Marth Geraldine Powell, his wife; Voncile Snell and Sara Joan Davidson Snell.
Left to cherish Arthur’s memories will be his three children: Sonya Snell Hensley, Donny Snell and wife Vicki, Charles Snell and wife Brandi, two brothers: Milton Snell, Arthure Lee Snell, Jr. and wife Donna one sister; Alice Snell Martin, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, along with extended family and many wonderful friends.
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the Staff of Springhill Health for the professional care and compassion extended. The family would like to thank Sonya Snell Hensley and Roxie Brown Weasley for all of the personal care, love and compassion provided. A special thank you to our friends and extended family for the prayers and condolences during this great time of sorrow.
Honoring Arthur as pallbearers will be Charles Snell, Donny Snell, Wayne Wolf, Warren Wolf, Chuckie Snell, Greg Snell, and Arthur Lee Snell.
Memorials may be made in honor of Arthur Dennis Snell to a charity of donor’s choice.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Harvest Church of God, Saraland, Alabama with Bishop LaRue Caraway officiating under the direction of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, Alabama.
The family will be receiving guests for visitation Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at Harvest Church of God.
