Billy Cecil Hoven, age 82, of Mobile, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Katherine Hoven; two daughters, Brenda (Mark) Scott and Pamela Hoven; a sister, Pauline Lewis; three granddaughters, Jennifer Osburn, Kimberly Fallis, and Abby Smith; and five great-grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Hardy; and a grandson, Tony Green. The visitation will be Tuesday, January 24, 2017, from11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. Interment will follow at Valhalla Memorial Gardens. Dr. Dale Maddy will officiate.
