Christina Rene Etheridge (Rutherford), age 48, a resident of Mobile, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, closely surrounded by her loving family. Although gone entirely too soon, she will be remembered as a gentle soul with a heart of gold who fiercely and unconditionally loved her friends and family. She is survived by her devoted children, Nikki (Curtis) and TJ Etheridge (Kerry Ann); her parents, Nick and Pat Etheridge; her sisters, Cindy Houston (Winston) and Cheri Gatlin; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to name. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM from Myers Memorial Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Friday 12 Noon until service time at the church.
