Delores Dell Roberts Bradley, 88, was born May 25, 1932, in Mobile, Alabama to the late Clinton E. and Birdie Elizabeth Goff Roberts. She was called from this earthly home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 19, 2021 in Wilmer, Alabama.
Delores enjoyed growing in the Lord. She was saved at the young age of seven and spent her life dedicated to spreading the word and Love of Christ. Delores was a member of Cornerstone Church for twenty-one years and took great pride in supporting missionaries as they work so hard to spread the beautiful Gospel.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband; Willie Bradley, one grandson; Matthew Bradley, and two brothers: Clinton A. Roberts and Wesley Roberts.
Left to cherish Delores’s beautiful memories will be her five children: Wayne Bradley, Willis Bradley and wife Catherine, Althea Daugherty and husband Jim, Tonya Wooley and husband Jerry, Timmy Bradley and wife Debra, one sister; Sharon Rappe` and husband Billy, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Pallbearers will be T.J. Downey, Dickey Downey, Jesse Lehto, Heath Hayford, Larry Grantham, and Lucas Orton. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Booker, Tommy Manning, William Pitts and Jeremiah Gray.
Memorial may be made in honor of Delores Bradley to Cornerstone Church for The Missions Fund, 8712 Wilmer Georgetown Road, Wilmer, Alabama 36587.
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the Springhill Hospice Staff for the professional care and compassion provided. A special thank you to her little darlings: Lauren Grantham, Maisen Grantham, Anna Grantham, and Audrey Gray, for the conversations, care and love always expressed. A warm expression of love to her church family for their continued support.
Celebration of Life services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Cornerstone Church, Wilmer, Alabama with Bro. Timmy Bradley officiating under the direction of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, Alabama. Interment will follow on the grounds of Valhalla Memorial Gardens Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM.
The family will be receiving guests for visitation Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from the hours of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cornerstone Church, Wilmer, Alabama.
The service Thursday, April 22, 2021 will be streamed live via Facebook.
