Dolores Nelson Sullivan – age 84, went home June 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hurdis and Mazie Nelson; her husband, Alvin C. Sullivan; and her son, Kenneth Sullivan. Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her daughters, Joan Platt and Ruth Anne Sullivan; her sons-in-law, Steve Platt and Palmer Buck; her granddaughters, Taylor and Darby Buck; and her brother, William Nelson. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. A graveside service will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the building fund at Kushla-Bethany Baptist church, 6145 Hwy. 45, Eight Mile, AL 36613.
