
Ernestine Slawson “Tina” Sullivan – age 80, of Satsuma, AL died March 1, 2011. Tina was born November 30, 1930 in Red Level, AL. She was a long standing member of the Order of Eastern Star, Satsuma Chapter 515, and held numerous positions including Chaplain for several consecutive years. She also served as a past Worthy Matron in both the Pensacola and Andalusia Chapters. She was a member of Satsuma United Methodist Church. She loved working in her flower gardens, sewing, crafting, home decorating and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Sullivan, Jr. Tina is survived by one son, Larry David Foshee of Pensacola, FL; one daughter, Jean Johnson of Sanford, FL; two sisters, Mary Ellen Raines and Janice Kervin Mayberry; two brothers, Durham Kervin and Leon Kervin; five grandchildren, Cherie Ferebee, David Foshee, Christopher Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Emily Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Bain Ferebee and Ella Ferebee; and a large community of close friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 5, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Pigeon Creek Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral Home.
