Ethel "Sissy" Scoggin

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Scoggin. Mrs. Scoggin is survived by two sons, Thomas Hand (Rita) and James Hand; step-sons, Kenneth Scoggin, Jr. and Steve Scoggin; sisters, Cecelia Pistole Sapira and Deborah Hoffman; as well as grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services and interment will be held in the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, Alabama on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.
