Gary Stephen "Steve" Lambert Sr.

Gary Stephen “Steve” Lambert, Sr. – a 60 year-old native of Mobile and resident of Orange Beach passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012. A successful local businessman, he was the former owner of Best Talk Telephone Directory. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, an avid outdoorsman, and avid supporter of Auburn University, and above all loved his family, especially his granddaughter. Mr. Lambert was preceded in death by his parents, Reginald Erwin Lambert, Jr. and Charlie Mae Lambert. He is survived by his children, Gary S. Lambert, Jr. (Alana Rodriguez) and Jaime Lambert Griffin (Bryan); granddaughter, Kalista “Grandbaby” Lambert; brothers, Reginald E. “Reg” Lambert, III (Terri), Michael “Mike” Lambert (Kay), and William “Bill” Lambert (Sandy); sister, Susan “Sue” Lambert Dwyer (Harry); other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 13, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
